teale IT Prerequisites
Context
Great news: your company is launching a partnership with teale! From experience, we know that some companies have firewalls and other restrictions that can block the good functioning of teale’s website, newsletters, email invitations or online conferences. This can have a major impact on our capabilities to deliver value to your team, and therefore impact the success of our partnership. To prevent this from happening, we need your help as the IT & Security department, in order to whitelist the following.
Domains
Please make sure all the following domains are allow-listed and work properly:

It’s also important to make sure the domains are allow-listed and not the underlying IP addresses. teale makes no guarantees about the IP addresses, and they could change at our discretion.
Emails
Our emails can be sent either as transactional or marketing. The user is free to unsubscribe from marketing emails. In both cases, it’s important to allow-list all the IP addresses and email domains below:

Anti-spam software
Some anti-spam software (like Proofpoint) scans emails and checks all links contained inside them. Make sure teale’s domains are also allow-listed in this system. Otherwise, the system may automatically unsubscribe the users from our emails.
Visio Conferences
We are hosting on-premise our own conferencing system, guaranteeing strict confidential and secured communications between a patient and its therapist. It is leveraging the WebRTC technology. Please make sure the following requirements are met:

- UDP traffic to IP 34.78.103.127 and 34.76.230.26 on port 10000 allowed
Webinars – Livestorm
We are using Livestorm to host our webinars. Please make sure to follow their Technical Requirement guide, especially the Firewall Settings section: Livestorm Technical Requirements

Livestorm recommends that our clients’ email provider or email management system authorize the below domain names:

Access to the teale Client Portal – Notion Domain
As part of the HR project rollout, the project team will need access to the teale client portal, a centralized workspace hosted on Notion. Please whitelist:

Technical Access Validation (Pre-launch)
Important: please perform these tests from a professional computer connected to the company network (at the office), then again via VPN (if applicable).
